Wieland-/Pestalozzi High School, Biberach/Riss

Project Description

Development and extension of an existing school campus including daycare facilities.

Scope of design work:

2-fold-sports hall with light steel trusses, classroom wing with polygonal plan, 3-story reinforced concrete construction with potential extension by one story, study-area integrated into existing building construction, 2-story canteen with roof executed in steel/timer construction, kitchen/building services as 5-story reinforced concrete construction, basement designed and executed as waterproof concrete tanking (“white tank”).

The complete building complex is founded on piles.
