Students Residence „am Oberen Eselsberg“, Ulm

Project Description

New building of a students residence with 300 housing units on approx. 12.000 m².
The four-storey apartment complex is coupled with the one-storey administration building and is designed as a concrete skeleton structure.
Both separate buildings have an underground level which contains underground parking, a bicycle storage and common rooms.
By using precast concrete sandwich elements for the exterior wall construction, an economical construction of high quality is guaranteed.
