Volkshochschule and Music School
As the first building of the New Town Center Unterföhring the new construction of the VHS and Musikschule Unterföhring will be opened in the spring of 2019.
The topping-out ceremony was celebrated on 18th April 2018.
The community, represented by First Mayor Andreas Kemmelmeyer, invited all participating companies and planners for a snack.
The two-storey building with underground parking has a trapezoidal floor plan.
It is designed as reinforced concrete construction.
The costs amount to approx. € 28 million.
