Bridge Design Competition Heilbronn
Within the international bridge design competition by the city of Heilbronn for the "Pedestrian- and Bicycle-Bridge across the Central Station to the Neckarbogen", in cooperation with Auer Weber Architects of Stuttgart we were awarded a successful third prize behind two second prizeswihtin a field of 44 candidates.
Extract form the competition protocol by the jury covering our design entry: "... In summary the competition entry represents a very successful, remarkably symbolic and nevertheless appropriate design of high quality."
Which of the bridge designs finally is realized will not be decided until this summer.
